Stephen Cassidy

Stephen Cassidy is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and has over 25 years’ experience as a property consultants at the top level of the industry.
Stephen holds a First Class Honours degree (with distinction) in Property Economics and started his career in Hamilton Osborne King (now Savills) in 1990. Most of Stephen’s career up to the establishment of Cassidy Property Consultants in 2009 was spent in Savills and he became a director of Savills with responsibility for development land in 1999.

During his time as leader of the development land team Stephen was directly responsibility for some of the largest and most important development land sales ever recorded in Ireland. He also acted as development consultant to both private developers and state and semi state bodies.

Stephen is currently providing strategic advice to clients including NAMA, KPMG, Hughes Blake and many of the private equity funds who are now very active in Ireland including Apollo, Lonestar and Ardstone Capital. We can provide advice on any project from initial valuation and assessment right through strategic advice and final development and / or sale of the asset.
